About Erica Vogt, President and CEO

Erica Vogt has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for twenty years. She began her career as a CPA with BKD, LLP.

She moved to China for three-and-a-half years as a member of the faculty of Guangxi Normal University, where she administered middle school scholarship programs and set up adult literacy programs.

She later returned to the United States and her career as a senior financial and operations executive. She has set strategy and authored strategic and operational plans and department and organization-level policies and procedures manuals.  Additionally, Erica has managed financing needs from simple lines of credit to SEC-regulated, publicly-traded municipal securities.

Erica is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She holds a baccalaureate degree in accountancy, a baccalaureate degree in business administration, and a master’s degree in accountancy from the University of Missouri and she is a licensed CPA in four states (two active, two inactive).

About Jesse Meyers

Jesse Meyers has been responsible for the successful operation of government, private, not-for-profit, and for-profit organizations for over 15 years. Upon completing his undergraduate studies, Jesse served for ten years as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Army, training and executing the Army’s mission both stateside and overseas.

After his service, Jesse led in the tax compliance sector for the Iowa Department of Revenue, championing tax revenue programs and specializing in Individual Income, Fiduciary, and Inheritance tax programs. Jesse continued his leadership by overseeing accounts receivable, payroll, records management, risk management, internal controls, Federal funds, organizational security, compliance, budgeting, and information technology.

Additionally, Jesse has developed organizational strategy and operational growth through the development of organizational policy, procedures, and data analysis. Jesse’s leadership skills have enabled him to grow organizations while creating diverse, inclusive, and positive working cultures that motivate people to perform at their highest potential.
