About Erica Vogt, President and CEO

Erica Vogt has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for twenty years. She began her career as a CPA with BKD, LLP.

She moved to China for three-and-a-half years as a member of the faculty of Guangxi Normal University, where she administered middle school scholarship programs and set up adult literacy programs.

She later returned to the United States and her career as a senior financial and operations executive. She has set strategy and authored strategic and operational plans and department and organization-level policies and procedures manuals.  Additionally, Erica has managed financing needs from simple lines of credit to SEC-regulated, publicly-traded municipal securities.

Licensed CPA
Erica is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She holds a baccalaureate degree in accountancy, a baccalaureate degree in business administration, and a master’s degree in accountancy from the University of Missouri and she is a licensed CPA in four states (two active, two inactive).
Significant Cost Savings
Saved $3 million dollars by restructuring the financing of facilities.
Capital Expenditure Strategy
Implemented a $4.8 million, three-year capital expenditure planning model developed to avoid infrastructure failures/outages by addressing deferred maintenance items and an aging IT network.
Fiscal Health Advocacy
Contributed to the fiscal health of all US-based small businesses by actively influencing national policy decisions surrounding the accounting treatment of the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).
Fiscal Responsibility
